FIRE VICTIM RESOURCES & CLOTHING REQUEST FORM
Our community offers many helpful resources for individuals and families, including assistance with clothing, food, housing, health care, employment, education, and other essential needs. These programs and organizations are here to provide support, connect people with services, and help strengthen our community. If you would like to explore a complete list of available resources, please click the button below. If you have additions, please let us know at info@gsccreno.org
The Emergency Clothing Request Form is available for individuals and families who need clothing assistance outside of Good Shepherd’s Clothes Closet’s regular shopping hours or who are facing an urgent situation. The clothing requested is also based on availability. We may not have everything you need right now, but we should have plenty. Please complete the form with as much info I had moved up herermation as possible so our team can understand your needs and respond appropriately. However, you do not need to submit an emergency request to receive clothing during our normal open hours—anyone in need is welcome to visit GSCC at 540 Greenbrae Drive in Sparks. Our regular clothing distribution hours are Monday, 3:00–7:00 PM, Wednesday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM, and Friday, 9:00 AM–1:00 PM
To everyone affected by the fire, please know that you are in our thoughts and prayers during this incredibly difficult time. We recognize that the loss, disruption, uncertainty, and emotional impact following a fire can feel overwhelming, whether you have lost a home, personal belongings, a sense of safety, or a loved one. You do not have to walk through this season alone. Our community is here to stand beside you with compassion, encouragement, and practical support as you begin taking one step at a time toward recovery. If you need additional resources, information, referrals, or help connecting with local assistance, please email us at info@gsccreno.org
Many churches throughout the area are also available to receive prayer requests and offer spiritual encouragement, a listening ear, and connection during times of crisis. In addition, organizations and groups such as the Circle of Life Foundation's Grief & Trauma Resource Center ( colhospice.com/circle-of-life-grief-support ) and the Great Basin Chaplain Corps ( greatbasinchaplains.com ) offer grief and trauma support, providing caring support for individuals and families facing loss, shock, grief, or emotional distress. Please reach out when you are ready—there are people who care deeply, who are praying for you, and who want to help you find hope, comfort, and support in the days ahead.
