After seventeen years of providing free clothing, personal items, and living essentials to the needy in the Reno and Sparks area, the Good Shepherd’s Clothes Closet, (GSCC) is in eminent danger of closing within less than six months.

The GSCC is now turning to our community to help keep its doors open.

A Coat of Many Colors has been crafted by Esther Dunaway, owner of Polyesther’s Costume Boutique, to bring the Reno community together in an effort to earn funding for the GSCC.

You can contribute your own piece to the Coat of Many Colors with a charitable donation. Donations vary in price according to the color and size of material.

Yellow – (4”x4”) – $25
Purple – (6″x6″) – $50
Green – (8″x8″) – $125
Blue – (10″x10″) – $250
Red – (12″x12″) – $500

You may donate through PayPal on www.gsccreno.org. Be sure to include “Coat of Many Colors” in the donation description and the color of square you wish to donate. In-store donations can also be made at 335 Record Street Reno, NV 89512.
